Over the years, this premier event has brought campus administrators and safety professionals from around the world together for what has been labeled some of the best (low cost) professional training of any other campus safety related conference. The purpose of these conferences is to provide high-quality education and networking opportunities for campus safety/security professionals. Our multiple day, multiple track format offers a self-directed, facilitated learning environment with education sessions, interactive forums, and extensive exhibition. Our presenters are from all over the country, many of which are still active safety professionals on their campus today. <== Click Here ____________________________________________ NOTE - PLEASE READ CONCERNING ADDITIONAL NIGHT STAYS FOR THE CONFERENCE. - As you know our conference package provides Monday night as part of the registration. This year we have taken a cost saving measure concerning any additional night you may wish to stay. The Hyatt is providing additional nights for a low cost price of $120.00 each (before taxes). Per our agreement and to save you money, all additional night stays other then Monday (which is part of the registration package) will be paid directly to the Hyatt upon check out. IF your organization is tax exempt, please bring your tax exempt certificate/info to present to the hotel. If you chose this option, then no additional action is required. If it is imperative that your additional nights stay(s) are all on your one registration bill or we (CampusFireSafety)need to process all transactions for you, we would be more then happy to handle all costs for you and generate one bill or transaction. We will NOT be able to process any tax exempt info and the additional nights stay will be billed at $149.99 this covers the room, taxes and associated fees. This conference has limited availability. Cancellations received 45 to 30 days prior to the conference start will be subject to a $200.00 service fee. Due to hotel and other contractual obligations, NO cancellations or refunds will be accepted within 30 days of the conference start date regardless of the registration date. All cancellations must be in writing and postmarked (address above) within the requirements of the conference. A no-show at the conference constitutes a cancellation within the 30 days prior to the event, and you will still be responsible for the conference registration, food and hotels fees - Applied to website on 5/01/2006.
