Our7th annual conference was held March of this year. We are proud to say we offered many Professional Development Programs & Workshops and educated more than 250 participants. Our 2010 event was the largest gathering of Campus Fire & Risk Management Professionals on record. We expect 2011 to be just as successful. Please plan to join us in 2011. Hello and welcome to Columbus Ohio and to our partnering and exhibiting information page. This two day event is designed for Campus Fire Safety, Security/Law Enforcement, EMS, Risk Management, Health & Safety, Fire Departments, Administrators, and those tasked with Managing these areas of responsibility.

Thank you for your interest in being a partner for our Professional Development Conferences.

We rely on our partners and exhibitors such as you to keep the costs to our conference attendees to a minimum. You will find no other conference dedicated to Campus; Fire Safety, EMS, Law Enforcement and Risk Management, offering the programs we do, a free hotel room, and all food and hospitality for what we charge.

Note: This conference will be marketed to just about every campus in the United States, parts of Canada and beyond. Partners will have their corporate names and information as part of this informational material sent to these institutions. Our distribution list is well over 5,000 people. In addition, our marketing tools take advertising of this event to over 20,000 people.  If you look at our website, we currently list our sponsors for several months before and after our conference. By partnering with us, you will receive space in our corporate sponsor webpage that will hold your company logo and weblink for months to come.

PLATINUM/GOLD/SILVER Partners Receive the Following

• Identification on all electronic advertising which will be sent to just about every college and university in the United States and parts of Canada .
• Full -page advertisement in the conference program/or handout materials in participant welcome packet.

• Verbal acknowledgement by seminar host and product demonstration during one of the group meetings Opportunity to submit for presentation at technical sessions.

• Opportunity to meet with attendees at the Monday night hospitality event.
• Three complimentary conference registrations packages (see details outlined below).  This does include your hotel for two days, food and complete access to all conference activities.

• Platinum Partners will have "ownership" of a portion of the "Keynote Address". Your company will present 15 minutes (this is your 15 minutes of fame) on the (approved) topic of your choice to all of the attendees during the keynote.

• Gold Partners will have "ownership" of  a Lunch. Your company logo will be present/displayed during lunch and at all tables. You will receive recognition at the beginning of the program and at the lunch break. 

• Silver Partners will have "ownership" of  a daily Break/Hospitality Event/Portfolios-Briefcases.

Cost to be a Platinum Partner is $ 4,000

Cost to be a Gold Partner is $ 3,500

Cost to be a Silver Partner is $ 3,250

We do have exhibit space available to those wishing to promote their products.  For a small fee you will get the following:

• Exhibit space approximately 8 x 10 (table top preferred).
• Logo and link to sponsor’s web site on conference web page
• Signage designating your company name.
• Attendee mailing list - (Electronic Version)
• Reduced conference registration package  (see details outlined below)
• Identification in conference publications/handouts as an exhibitor.
• Electric, tables, chairs and other amenities to make your space look professional.

PARTNER – unable to attend the conference, but would like a presence

If you are not able to attend the conference, but would like to get your company information out to our attendees, we will include YOUR COMPANY information in our conference packets, handouts, flyers, and adding your website and logo to our conference webpage (which receives thousands of hits a month). The cost is $ 400.00.

Food and Lodging Package Costs
If you chose to be a partner or exhibitor, you may bring as many members of your staff as needed. We require all partners/exhibitors to make all of your hotel reservations and pay directly to the Hyatt ($85.00 per night plus tax.). Food is provided for one person free of charge. Each additional staff attendee will be charged $199.00

• 2 days of professional development information. 15+ hours of education
• Two - three different training session opportunities happening every hour.
• All of your meals while at the conference including breaks.
• Opportunity to meet Campus Fire Safety and Security Managers from around the region.
• Displays and exhibits from vendors who have interests in fire safety, law enforcement, risk management, emergency response planning and development.
• Hospitality events on Sunday and Monday evenings.
