Our 2010 event was the largest gathering of Campus Fire & Risk Management Professionals on record. We hosted over 250 people from 34 states and 3 countries.

 

Our 2011 event was the second largest gathering of Campus Fire & Risk Management Professionals on record. we hosted over 180 people from 36 states and 4 countries.

 

This event is one of the most popular, and highest rated conferences of its kind in the world.

Hello and welcome to Columbus Ohio and to our partnering and exhibiting information page. This two day event is designed for Campus Fire Safety, Security & Law Enforcement, EMS, Risk Management, Health & Safety, Fire Departments, Administrators, and those tasked with Managing these areas of responsibility.

 

Thank you for your interest in being a partner for our Professional Development Conferences.

 

We rely on our partners and exhibitors such as you to keep the costs to our conference attendees to a minimum. You will find no other conference dedicated to Campus; Fire Safety, EMS, Law Enforcement and Risk Management, offering the programs we do, a free hotel room, and all food and hospitality for what we charge.

 

Note: This conference will be marketed to just about every campus in the United States, parts of Canada and beyond. Partners will have their corporate names and information as part of this informational material sent to these institutions. Our distribution list is well over 5,000 people. In addition, our marketing tools take advertising of this event to over 20,000 people.  If you look at our website, we currently list our sponsors for several months before and after our conference.

  • Platinum Partners will have "ownership" of a portion of the "Keynote Address". Your company will present 15 minutes (this is your 15 minutes of fame) on the (approved) topic of your choice to all of the attendees during the keynote.
  • Gold Partners will have "ownership" of  a Lunch. Your company logo will be present/displayed during lunch and at all tables. You will receive recognition at the beginning of the program and at the lunch break. 
  • Silver Partners will have "ownership" of  a daily Break/Hospitality Event/Portfolios-Briefcases.

If you are not able to attend the conference, but would like to get your company information out to our attendees, we will include YOUR COMPANY information in our conference packets, handouts, flyers, and adding your website and logo to our conference webpage (which receives thousands of hits a month). The cost is $ 499.00.

Food and Lodging Package Costs


If you chose to be a partner or exhibitor, you may bring as many members of your staff as needed. We require all partners/exhibitors to make all of your hotel reservations and pay directly to the Hyatt ($85.00 per night plus tax.). Food is provided for one person free of charge. Each additional staff attendee will be charged $199.00

  • 2 days of professional development information. 15+ hours of education
  • Two - three different training session opportunities happening every hour.
  • All of your meals while at the conference including breaks.
  • Opportunity to meet Campus Fire Safety and Security Managers from around the region.
  • Displays and exhibits from vendors who have interests in fire safety, law enforcement, risk management, emergency response planning and development.
