For the first time, we are offering a service called “Build Your Own Conference”. If you register for our full conference package then make your own hotel reservations at the Hyatt ($99.00 per night plus tax) you will save over $30.00 per person (on top of our already reduced pricing).

If you would like to use our ever popular “concierge service" called a “One-Stop-Shop”. We make all hotel and conferences reservations for you. This package includes your hotel Monday night (Sunday if requested) in the Hyatt Regency, all food, hospitality, educational workshops and conference programs.

February 21, 2012 until February 29, 2012- $349 Conference Registration + $99.00* (per night) for the hotel paid directly to the Hyatt (There is no guarantee of a hotel room at the conference with this late registration date)

The Hyatt is offering  additional nights especially for this event for a an exceptionally great price of just  $99.00 per night Sunday and/or Monday. These charges are paid directly to the Hyatt upon your check out. If your organization is tax exempt, please bring your tax exempt certificate/info to present to the hotel. All Cancellations received 60 to 70 days prior to the conference start will be subject to a $200.00 service fee. Due to hotel and other contractual obligations, NO cancellations or refunds will be accepted within 60 days of the conference start date regardless of the registration date. Registrations are transferable to other people. All cancellations must be in writing and postmarked (address above) within the requirements of the conference. A no-show at the conference constitutes a cancellation within the 60 days prior to the event, and you will still be responsible for the conference registration, food and hotels fees - This policy was originally applied to the website on 5/01/2006, updated 8/01/2009 and updated again 5/20/2010.
